Terms and Conditions for Pandoraschoice vintage and retro lingerie shop 

We follow the Distance Selling Regulations. If you have any query about our terms and conditions then please telephone us or email us using the email link on the page or the contact us page.

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund. We will refund the cost of the goods having deducted the cost of shipping the goods. Bespoke items that are made to the customers specifications or personalised are non returnable.

DO NOT SEND ANY CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION USING EMAIL, INSTANT MESSAGING OR ANY OTHER INSECURE MEANS

Order Notification

You should receive an automatic response to your order. However, email is not always reliable because of Spam Filters and also are reliant on email addresses being accurately entered when orders are placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation please call us on 0118 376 9980 or email us using the email link on the contact us page. 

Order Cancellation and Returns Policy

Your right to cancel an order

The Distance Selling Regulations 2014 state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end for 14 working days. This is the minimum consumers must be given to cancel / return goods.

Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email to Pandorasorders @gmail.com 

What cannot be returned. under the Distance Selling Regulations 2014

There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
1. CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
2. Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers
3. Tailor-made or personalised goods
4. Underwear and earrings 

You will be refunded the postage cost of the outward item(s) from Pandoraschoice.(THE SELLER)
The cost of returning the item (s) is the responsibilty of the CUSTOMER

Pandoraschoice WILL NOT Charge an admin or restocking fee.

Refunds will be done within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the goods by Pandoraschoice.

Pricing

ALL PRICES ARE IN UK POUNDS STERLING.
POSTAL CHARGES IF THEY APPLY ARE CHARGED IN ADDITION TO THE PRODUCT PRICE.

UK Customers: Please send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, please send your return via the Royal Mail unless you have a carrier approved by us - please call us for more information.

Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. We do not cover the cost of items being returned to us on receipt.

We will issue a refund as soon as is practicable and inform you that we have done so and the amount refunded. If this amount does not appear correct please contact us in a durable form of by phone so we can make the appropriate enquiries.

Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), and information on what you require.

Special offers

When Pandoraschoice makes special offers such as a free item when a purchase of a specified amount is spent, this 'Free item(s)' must be returned unworn / unopened if the order in full or in part is returned for a refund.

Refunds 

We will carry out refunds within 30 days maximum of the notification that a refund is required. Please inform us by email or letter to effect the refund. The simplest way is to enclose the request with the returned goods.

We will issue a refund as soon as practicable and inform you that we have done so and the amount refunded. If this amount does not appear correct please contact us in a durable form of by phone so we can make the appropriate enquiries.

The card used for payment will be used to make any refund. If payment was made by cheque we will make the refund by cheque.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Order completion

We aim to get orders out quickly if goods are in stock. If not we will fulfill the order within 30 days maximum. If the goods are not available we will contact within 30 days at the latest and ask whether you would like to cancel the order or wait for the goods. This will be reviewed through mutual agreement using a durable form ie letter or email. We will arrange to send part of the order and the rest to follow when it arrives if there is a delay for any reason which we will discuss by email or phone.

If you have requested a partial refund, or replacements of a lower value than any returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed within a maximum of 30 days

Delivery Times & Charges

All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock). We aim to get orders out quickly as goods are usually in stock however there can be delays for different reasons but we will fulfill the order within 30 days maximum. If there is a delay we will contact within 14 days maximum. This will be reviewed through mutual agreement using a duarable form ie letter or email.

Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return address will be shown on the back of the parcel (in small font, without the Pandoras Choice logo).

Many parcels will be posted within 2 to 4 working days if in stock. Other items may take a week to ten days as stock is replaced.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We will always issue a refund on faulty goods provided they are returned within the above stated times for returns, HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), and information on what you require.

PANDORASCHOICE WILL PAY THE POSTAGE FOR THE RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS.

Payment Policy

Payments by Credit and debit card are made using a secure SSL server hosted by Worldpay. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, and Paypal 

WE HOLD NO CARD DETAILS these are held by Worldpay who are a major SECURE online Payment Gateway The Worldpay pages you enter your payment details on are secure using SSL/128 bit encryption

Pandoraschoice is PCI/DSS Compliant for both online and telephone payments with Security Metrics

We also accept cheques or postal orders. However, goods for cheques and postal orders will NOT be dispatched until the funds have cleared

Telephone orders are also accepted by calling 0118 376 9980 between 0900hrs and 1730hrs Monday - Saturday 1100-1700 Sunday excl Public Holidays

Cheques should be made payable to Pandoras Choice

At Pandoras Choice, your card payment is taken by the bank on the evening of the transaction and is cleared with us usually two to three working days afterwards.

In the case of Paypal the payment is immediate as Pandoraschoice have no control of how this system takes payment.

You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we are unable to complete your order.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction/order without giving any reason.

On debit/credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order. In case you have any concerns regarding security, please contact us.

Spam

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

Pandora’s Choice does not pass on any information to third parties for mailing or marketing purposes.

If we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, the Data Protection Act allows this information to be passed.
